My search for a house that was in decent condition, in the area I was looking in, and in my price range was definitely a challenge. Traci must have shown me 30 houses before I finally decided on one to buy. She never made me feel like I was imposing on her time even though I was looking for a place in the lower price range and just couldn’t seem to find one I was satisfied with. She made sure that the total experience from finding financing to the final closing was smooth and easy. She was always able to answer any questions I had on any financial issues. She helped me ensure that any work found with the house inspection was completed in a timely and professional manner. I truly appreciate all her help and time in finding my son and I a house we could enjoy and one that was in an excellent family area!

My wife and I got here in June last year. Our primary agent was sick and unable to assist us. We were transferred to Traci and had 40 properties we wanted to see. She asked us some questions and knew exactly what we were looking for. She is a ton of experience on the building structures, companies, and locations. We are looking into renting it and she knew that as well to ensure us that we will be able to rent it quickly. Anyway, we met her on Wed and took 40 houses down to 10. By late Thurs it was between 4 houses. Friday we re-viewed 2 houses, made an offer and was accepted. We got a beautiful home and extremely pleased with it. Traci did a lot for us, quickly and professionally. Knew what we wanted without really knowing us. Knows her job extremely well. Highly recommended real estate agent!
