Not only is she very knowledgeable in her field, she is also honest, professional, and very personable. She helped us sell our mom’s home after she passed away in July, which was, in itself a very difficult time. We could not have done it without her.
Patty did an outstanding job in helping us sell our house in Chula Vista. We received a great offer early with a sales price above our expectations. From there, Patty was on top of every detail until our transaction closed escrow. I really appreciated Patty's energy and proactive communication style. I have bought and sold many properties over the years using other agents and can easily say that Patty's work stands out as superior. I was a bit worried about getting scammed by another agent so I contacted Patty through an advertisement. Low and behold, I receive a call back within ten minutes (let me make it clear it's a Sunday night at 8:20 PM and she replied to my voicemail almost immediately with all the information I needed. She is a people's person, she is honest and full of integrity, and very relatable to. This is someone you DEFINITELY need to use when you do any type of real estate deal in San Diego. Patty is a true professional. She is honest, kind, has a lot of integrity, and a very hard worker. Her clients are her top priority. In addition, she always has a positive attitude and a great smile. I loved working with her. My home sold in less then a week. When the home was shown Patty made time to be at each showing to point out the many wonderful features of my home. Since things went so well on our other home sale, I had her list this home, which has gone extremely well once again. She is competent and pays attention to detail, so thing go smoothly. Working with Patty was a great experience! She helped me sell my condo for the first time and the entire process was so easy and surprisingly fast. She took care of everything and made the entire process feel seamless. Patty has great negotiation skills and will tell you what she thinks based on her well-informed intuition. I almost felt bad for calling so many times and having so many questions, but she NEVER made me feel like a burden and made sure that I was comfortable with every component of the sale.
