Charmaine Orcino-Gonzales

Charmaine's goal has always been to find ways to add value to others in everything she does. In her previous career, she found fulfillment in helping others succeed in the numerous roles she took on. After 19 successful years in the financial services industry, managing several retail branches and driving business development initiatives for one of the largest and most reputable banks in the US, she aspired to connect with her clients on a higher level. Real estate was a natural next step, given her background and expertise in banking.

Through this transition to the real estate industry, she carries the same core values of keeping her clients' needs at the center of everything she does and works tirelessly to help them achieve their goal of homeownership or maximizing profits on the sale of their home. Her impressive negotiation skills and relationship building helps her clients win every time. She makes it a priority is to create a comforting and efficient experience for her clients and partners through proactive communication and effective transaction management.

Charmaine graduated from National University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. She married her high school sweetheart and together, they have 3 wonderful children. She is a member of the San Diego Chapters of the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce and the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
